We identify the pattern you want to change and understand what it is protecting.
Week 4: Target Selection and Readiness for Processing
We choose targets, strengthen resourcing, and prepare for EMDR work in a paced way.
Week 5: EMDR Processing Session
We process selected material using EMDR in a supportive and structured way.
Week 6: EMDR Processing Session
We continue processing or shift to installation and future template work based on your needs.
Week 7: Integration and Forward Plan
We consolidate gains, plan relapse prevention for old patterns, and set your next steps..
